Khatan (Circumcision)

Anak saya berkhatan pada November 2004. Tok Mudin - Ayahnya.

Hukum berkhatan:

Ulama berbeza pendapat tentang kedudukan hukum berkhatan. Menurut Imam Shafie, Imam Malik dan Hambali, berkhatan bagi lelaki hukumnya wajib, berdasarkan firman Allah S.W.T dalam Al_Quran surah al-Nisa' ayat 125 dan hadis Rasullah S.A.W. "Potonglah rambut jahiliah dan berkhatanlah". {H.R. Ahmad dan Abu Daud}.
Namun menurut Mazhab Hanafi, hukumnya adalah sunat berdasarkan sabda nabi: "Khatan hukumnya sunat bagi lelaki dan kehormatan (makrumah) bagi perempuan {H.R. Muslim}.

Nabi Ibrahim AS berkhatan ketika berusia 80 tahun. Beliau khatankan Nabi Ismail AS pada usia
13 dan Nabi Ishaq AS pada usia 7 tahun. Ada riwayat mengatakan Rasulullah SAW dilahirkan
sudah berkhatan dan ada juga riwayat mengatakan baginda dikhatan oleh Malaikat Jibrail.

Hikmah dan kelebihan berkhatan:

• Berkhatan merupakan asas daripada kebersihan dan merupakan syariat Islam perlu
dikerjakan.
• Menyempurnakan tuntutan syarak yang sesuai dengan sunnah Nabi Ibrahim AS dan
Rasulullah SAW. Sebagai usaha ke arah kebersihan diri untuk mengabdikan diri pada
Allah SWT.
• Sering digunakan sebagai perbezaan antara orang Islam dan bukan Islam.
• Dari aspek kesihatan, ia boleh mendatangkan kebersihan pada kemaluan, mencantikkan
bentuk dan merangsang syahwat
• Menjaga kesihatan tenaga batin serta memelihara diri dari dihinggapi penyakit kelamin.
• Mengandungi hikmah yang besar di sebalik yang dilihat oleh mata kerana ajaran Islam
yang lengkap dan murni, setiap yang disuruh pasti mengandungi makna yang mendalam

My Nokia N70

Bought this Nokia N70 yesterday.

Navitel Navigator

This is the 'about map' screen - this ECR.ntm is for East Cost of Penisular Malaysia.
The mapper is Noah aka Nik Nizan - this ECR map is now open source.

This screen captured of points of interest (POI) at around Raub town.

Dashboard screen shows all the parameters - speed, positions etc.

This is the setup menu, and all the parameters for Raub, my home town. You can get all those longitude and latitude from GPS or from the atlas or search the internet.

This is the prayer time menu. You have to fine tune and adjust the setting according to your town prayer time. I get my prayer time daily my email: jkmmufti@tm.net.my

This the azan and reminder menu. You can adjust how long the time for Pocket Islam to remind you. I set mine to remind me 15 minutes before prayer time. The reminder is any tone or wav file that you like. The Al-Quraan recited before azan can also be adjust. Like my example above, 5 minutes Quran recited before azan.

The setting for azan. You have 5 different azans for all those prayer. Pocket Islam supply you with 2 azan sample, the subuh/ fajr and the other prayers azan. You can download the azan collection from SmartNet Wireless site above.

Coronary Heart Disease

Alfatihah !

My beloved mother past away on 19 Jan 2006, one week after Aidul Adha at Hospital University Petaling Jaya.

After angiogram investigation at Glennagles Intan Ampang, which shown she suffered from multiple coronary arteries blockage. At her age (67) and her frail body her only option was medical treatment. She was treated by cardiologist at Institut Jantung Negara.

Semoga rohnya dicucuri rahmat Allah, amin!
