...fantastic series. The eggs are gorgeous and the baby so sweet. I like the rich brown of the mama. I thought the same thing as yen.....such bright red eggs and yet the bird is more subdued in color!

I haven't seen the yellow vented bulbuls in my garden for a while. They make nests in my fir tree.
Something happened last week. Suddenly it rained bird shit from the tops of the angsana trees and pelted down my driveway !!! We looked up and they were starlings. I wonder where they came from. For a day or so, then they were gone!
Great pics! I'm a true novice :)
