Injured Lizard

I found this Injured Common House Lizard (Hemidactylus frenatus), at my car park.
There were two wounds near the neck, probably inflicted by my neighbour's cat. The tail was missing as a defence from attack. I tried to nurse it with local antiseptic, but it ran away.
Didn't know who was the culprit from the list below;
1. Orange Cat
2. Black & White Cat or
3. Vagabond dirty Cat

That's not a problem. Its tail will grow a few days later.
