Punky bird hairstyles - Ochraceous Bulbul

Ochraceous Bulbul (Alophoixus ochraceus sacculatus ),  in full frame.
Local name;    Merbah Berjanggut meaning bearded bulbul, quite large about 23cm in length.
Merbah Beringin was named by the Department of Wildlife and National Park (Perhilitan)
Ochraceous Bulbul

UPDATE: 21/3/2011 @12.17pm -  Rainfield61 and Thomas mention about the bird sound.
So, here I got it from Xeno-canto. (call from 2 birds). Maybe this bird mimics the punk music/song.

This is such a beautiful photo! It is the bird that was featured on the 30 sen stamp of the 'Birds of Malaysia' series, isn't it?

Unusual little chap this is. Very different from the bulbuls we get here in India. Is this an endemic or is it found throughout SE Asia?

Thank ALL for comments.

You are right Aiman Amani, this merbah in old 30 sen stamp. (you are stamp collector).

The Green Ogre,
This species can be found throughout SE Asia - Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Southern Burma, Thailand, and Vietnam.
There is no record of it in India.

Naza, I usually retain the exif in most of my picture (for record and future reference) . You can view the EXIF data with any exif software reader.
Anyway here are:
# Camera Model = Canon EOS 50D
# Exposure Time (1 / Shutter Speed) = 1/50 second ===> 0.02 second
# Lens F-Number / F-Stop = 56/10 ===> ƒ/5.6
# ISO Speed Ratings = 1600
# Flash = Flash did not fire, compulsory flash mode
# Focal Length = 400/1 mm ===> 400 mm
