Perhaps "modest broadbill" might be better! Did you know that this species has "a patch of lanceolate hackles in centre of mantle, peach pink with fiery red edging or peach yellow with orange edging, shafts white and tips black (hidden when resting but guessed to function in displays)" (Wells 2007). This is rarely seen and perhaps never photographed!
"Do they not look at the birds, held poised in the midst of (the air and) the sky?
Nothing holds them up but (the power of) Allah.
Verily in this are signs for those who believe". Surah An-Nahl (The Bee) 16:79
"Do they not see the birds above them, spreading out their wings and folding them in? None upholds them except the Most Beneficent (Allah). Verily, He is the All-Seer of everything". Surah Al-Mulk (67:19)

Still find it very nice this bird and also this picture ;-)
I still find it is beautiful.
Great find. Not easy to get the correct exposure of the bird with the white background.

There are NO ugly broadbills !
They're beautiful in their own right, Doc! A rare capture!
