TrekNature

No new picture or birds observation to report today. I have to stop birding and rest for awhile. Actually I'm having a back and neck ache for this few days, (for sitting and looking at a view finder for too long). That only for half an hour in the morning and another 1/2 hrs in the evening. I wonder how those birders and ornithologists done it for hours, sitting motionless with eyes glue to binoculars, digiscope or camera viewfinder.
