Birding at Kinabalu Park - SkyWatch Friday my # 7

This is what I got, trying to photographed bird without telephoto lenses, (ha..ha! do you see the flying bird?)
Mount Kinabalu (the highest peak in South East Asia) at the background.
The plant at the middle foreground is The Giant/King Fern (Angiopteris evecta) - the largest fern on earth!

Beautiful - what lush greenery. Very nice! I'm happy that others out there shoot bird shots like I do - you make me feel right at home!

You may have been photographing to capture the bird, but you captured a beautiful shot along with it.

Yes I see the bird, a bird of prey, I think. But most I love that lovely palm at the front. Well done.

I love the fern tree and the enlargement shows there's quite a bit going on here. A real treat.

Beautiful picture. Yes, I saw the bird. However, before I read your comments, the fern type plant in the foreground caught my eye. Thanks for sharing.

dazzling landcape, and the picture is beautiful, with the haze in the background and the ornamental fern in the foreground.

Wonderful view. I have the giant king fern in my garden; it flourishes. Thank you for stopping by and happy SWF.

Well, it's a lovely skywatch, even if you need to look closely for the bird. I've often thought of creating a photo series "There was a bird here a minute ago" or "No, really, there's a bird in the photo"

Nice shot bro..
The view of a jungle are not much different from Cameron Highlands, minus the Kinabalu mount.

Great scenery - and I've spotted the bird! (It's like playing Where's Wally?) Love the fern at the front :-)
