Silver-breasted Broadbill

I should rotate the camera to a vertical position to prevent this clip tail.

female

Except for Dusky Broadbill, they are brightly coloured birds with large broad bill and wide gape.
The Malaysia Peninsula has seven species, and I only see three so far:-

1. Silver-breasted Broadbill, 2. Dusky Broadbill ,3. Black-and-red Broadbill

four more to go;
4. Banded Broadbill, 5. Black-and-yellow Broadbill, 6. Green Broadbill and 7. Long-tailed Broadbill

That is one beautiful bird Tabib! Seeing all of your diverse species makes me wonder what we are missing here in north america. The diversity doesn't compare to your paradise. Good luck and happy birding finding your last four species of broadbill.
