The poster features two birds here, Silver-breasted Broadbill and Silver-eared Mesia.Both are highland birds.
Mesia is more common at Fraser's Hill compared to the broadbill.
For the past two years, I have been there as an observer (not participating in the race).
This year I may not be able to attend because of other commitments.

The whole time I was in Fraser's Hill, I kept on seeing Silver-eared Mesias. They were the most common. But beautiful always.

I saw both of them when I was there. Silver-breasted Broadbill proved tougher. I saw it at the bird-rich, Damar Minyak trail.

We're (Sultan Tit) joined Fraser Hills International Bird Race 2011 and won the 2nd runner up!really enjoyed this year race coz we're found Silver-breasted Broad bill (Burung Takur Hujan) and Green-billed Malkoha at Jerlai Waterfall..=)
