I removed the tape that cover the 2 pins (that I used in 50D camera, so that fool the camera for center auto-focus-non reporting aperture data).
Canon EOS 5D Mark IV have no problem with Tamron 1.4x TC, excellent AF at f8, not only in center but all the 21 cross AF points.

Cantik2 gambarnya.
The Wateren is a bit soft kan. What kind of distance is the subject...........
Yes soft and grainy, clearly seen in greenish "longkang" water. Heavily cropped, at about 20 meters.
The two yellow-vented pictures are near (about 3 meters).
Murai Kampung is also at 20m, but with no 1.4x TC.
I'm happy with 1st pic of Bulbul, shot at ISO 6500.
With my old 50D, I never go beyond 1600.
Good to read these articles, though I sort of sit in the field that says if everyone's doing these things then everyone will look the same, so to stand out. Thank you for sharing such great and nice pictures with us.
