Injured Lizard

I found this injured Common House Lizard (Hemidactylus frenatus), at my car park.
There were two wounds near the neck, probably inflicted by my neighbour's cat. The tail is missing; the lizard drops its tail as a defence mechanism from attack. I tried to nurse it with a local antiseptic, but it ran away.
Didn't know who was the culprit from the list below;
1. Orange Cat
2. Black & White Cat or
3. Vagabond dirty Cat
